Sprint Offers Samsung Galaxy S8 and more!
Sprint showcases Samsung Galaxy S8 phones which are available for lease.
We luckily got a nice deal in April where we were offered 2 for 1 with Sprint lease for 18 months. Sprint gave us Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, which is a perfect combo for us. How we got it is because we qualified for a line upgrade with one new line.
Two weeks after our purchase, we learned that you can no longer get the pair. The new offer is now an option between an S8 ($31.25/mo) and S8+ ($35.42/mo) with Samsung S7 Edge.
Both phones have the same features. They have big and HDR certified infinity screens. They differ in display size and battery (talk time).
S8 - 5.8" display, up to 30 hrs
S8+ - 6 2" display, up to 34 hrs
Bixby. It is an intelligent interface that learns and adapts to you through your interaction. With the camera's use, you can point to a photo and Bixby could translate it for you, such as Chinese restaurant sign board.
We were also offered a financing for any accessory purchased from the store.
Having new phones, you would naturally safe guard the class screen. We decided on screen protectors.
Otterbox was put on the S8 and Zagg on the S8+. Both were priced at $49.99 each. At that time, Zagg wasn't available for S8.
I regret choosing Otterbox. It left the phone to be less responsive. It became too difficult to use the phone because you needed to press vigorously which caused straint in both hands. The sheet also started to break on the sides. The screen looked cracked.
Zagg has a lifetime warranty. We highly favor this brand as far as screen protectors are concerned.
Sprint's Galaxy Forever is another benefit to this offer where s you can upgrade your phone to any Galaxy phones after 12 months.
We are happy with the unlimited service which covers data, talk and text.
